Stock Unloader Department Manager

**Job Summary**
As a Stock Unloader Department Manager at Walmart Canada, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment. This involves adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Delegate and follow up on the unloading of pallets of merchandise to the salesfloor for overnight processing.
- Assist in stocking and applying product protection measures, such as shrink wrapping and product tagging.
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to associates to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork.
**Requirements**
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and coach associates.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
