We are seeking to enhance our dynamic team by bringing on board a proficient Intermediate or Senior Fire Safety Consultant. This role involves the assessment, development, and documentation of strategies for compliance with building codes in Fire Protection and Life Safety reports.

Your Responsibilities
As an Intermediate or Senior Fire Safety Consultant, your tasks will include:
- Reviewing architectural drawings and reports
- Conducting thorough research to pinpoint building code challenges
- Formulating strategies to demonstrate compliance, including performance-based methods
- Documenting findings in Fire Protection and Life Safety reports and compliance drawings
- Participating in project meetings and performing site visits and field evaluations
- Supporting Certified Professional and various other projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., Environmental Design, Architectural Technology)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Building Code Consulting role
- Up-to-date knowledge of Building Codes and related standards
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Experience collaborating with AEC project teams throughout all design and construction phases
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals in both public and private sectors
- Valid driver's license is required.
