We are looking for a Territory Manager for the Windsor Region. If you are a highly motivated individual ready for an exciting career that will influence the future of the foodservice industry, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:
The Territory Manager role requires a self-driven individual with a solid background in foodservice sales and a dedication to service excellence. You possess a passion for people, business, and outstanding service. Your primary focus will be to enhance Flanagan's brand and presence in your territory, ensuring customers have everything they need to succeed in their businesses, restaurants, and institutions. You will demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills, a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies, and a flexible approach to work hours. Thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you will enjoy collaborating with a diverse team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales and profit margins within a designated territory by expanding business with both new and existing customers, ensuring category development and overall customer profitability.
  • Develop tailored sales plans by identifying product lines that best suit our customers, including advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a steady pipeline of potential customers to meet or exceed established quotas through prospecting, networking, and referral activities within the designated territory.
  • Support the management of credits and accounts receivables.
  • Create an individual territory strategy and provide regular updates on progress.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Foodservice Sales.
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver's license and personal vehicle for work-related duties.
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
  • High level of experience in providing distribution solutions and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to execute individual and company growth plans.
  • Willingness to participate in occasional work activities outside of regular business hours, including sales conferences and meetings.
