About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Stock Supervisor to join our team at Wonderful Network (Canada) Ltd. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our inventory team, ensuring that stock levels are accurately maintained and that merchandise is properly stored and displayed.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, ensuring that it is accurately inventoried and displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales and inventory management.
  • Store Operations: Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, adhering to company standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 44 hours per week
