Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Associate to join our Overnight Stocking Team. As a key member of our general sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store is stocked and ready for opening. This role requires excellent communication skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise and clean the general sales floor, ensuring the store is stocked and ready for opening.
  • Provide assistance with physically moving merchandise between sales and stock areas.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational requirements and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in merchandising or inventory management is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
