Stocking Team Leader Overnight Shift

At London Drugs, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Stocking Team Leader to join our team. As a Stocking Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Stocking Team members and ensure the store is ready for opening
  • Enhance our ability to provide the optimum level of customer service on the general sales floor
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner
  • Have good inter-personal, motivational, delegation, and follow-up skills
  • Train others and monitor their work habits
  • Have a positive, mature, and professional leadership style
  • Understand policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Merchandising experience an asset
  • Supervisory experience an asset

Applicants must be available to work an overnight shift between 10:00 P.M. to 6:30 A.M., Monday to Sunday.
