Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for flowers and plants? Do you enjoy working independently and have excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic team at Brand Momentum.
About the Position
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to work as a Merchandising Specialist, covering multiple retail locations in Ottawa and Orleans. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for performing merchandising tasks, maintaining sections, addressing out-of-stock issues, and creating a positive relationship with store managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store, including restocking and maintaining sections
- Address out-of-stock issues and ensure dead plants are removed
- Clean sections, including dusting display fixtures
- Water plants and flowers
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain a good relationship with store managers
- Remove dead leaves and blooms, and unsalable products
- Take photos of displays
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous merchandising experience is an asset, but not required. You must have a smartphone and access to the internet.
