Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
    • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff
    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are following proper food safety and handling procedures
  • Food Safety and Quality Control
    • Implement and maintain a food safety program that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies on hand
    • Implement cost-saving measures to reduce waste and minimize expenses
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Certifications
    • Safe Food Handling certificate
    • Food Safety Certificate
Working Conditions
