Internship Overview:
The Sponsorship Sales Internship at Cosmos Sports & Entertainment is designed for motivated individuals with a keen interest in sales and sports. This role offers a practical learning experience in the realms of sales and client service. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Sponsorship department in securing sponsorship deals for our clients.
- Participating in virtual discussions with potential sponsors across various sectors.
- Conducting research and outreach to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Crafting and presenting sponsorship proposals while gaining insight into the sponsorship landscape.
- Coordinating event details and enhancing the visibility of Cosmos clients at various events.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of large-scale projects and events.
- Maintaining internal CRM systems and managing communications with current and prospective clients.
- Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by senior sponsorship management.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program that offers academic credit for the internship.
Preference will be given to those studying Business, Marketing, Sport Management, or related fields.
Desired Skills:
- Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Effective management of multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly with intangible products, is advantageous.
Note: This internship is a remote opportunity, with access to on-site office facilities available.
