We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Operations Manager at our Candiac facility. Reporting directly to the General Manager with a functional relationship to the Senior Accountant, this key member of the plant's leadership team will oversee accounting, control measures, office administration, and human resources policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a culture of safety and respect within the plant environment.
- Collaborate closely with the regional accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting.
- Manage project budgets, billing, collections, and overall financial performance.
- Prepare reports for senior plant management, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries.
- Supervise daily office operations and provide support as needed.
- Maintain employee and financial records in accordance with WestRock regulations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable reconciliation processes.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
- Coordinate HR matters and provide support to employees.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience supervising a team of employees for over 3 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Proficiency with intermediate/advanced computer skills.
- Fluency in both French and English.
