Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Paralegal Instructor to join our team at triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in our Paralegal program, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and techniques to meet the individual learning styles of our students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with course competencies and learning objectives.
  • Take daily attendance and grade class tests, assignments, and exams as required.
  • Support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive and student-focused team environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
    • Minimum 3 years of related practical experience.
    • Proficiency in a variety of legal software programs, including Clio.
    • Prior teaching experience is required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
