Job Summary:

The Paralegal Instructor will provide quality delivery of assigned courses within the Paralegal program, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach assigned courses in accordance with course competencies.
  • Take daily attendance.
  • Grade class tests, assignments, and exams as required.
  • Support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • Minimum 3 years of related practical experience.
  • Proficiency in a variety of legal software programs, including Clio.
  • Prior teaching experience is required.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time opportunity with hours of work from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
