Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our LensCrafters team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
  • Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry business partnership to drive exam growth and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Recruit, select, and develop high-caliber staff to meet business needs.
  • Forecast staffing needs and manage labor scheduling.
  • Perform administrative duties, including payroll, inventory management, and technical applications.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or optical industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of operations, processes, and business implications.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills, with ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, with ability to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Strong basic math skills, with ability to manage time under aggressive deadlines.
  • Sales skills, with ability to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree or equivalent.
  • State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  • LensCrafters Final Inspector Certification.
  • LensCrafters Quality, Fitting and Adjusting Program.
