We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Event Security Specialist to join our team at GardaWorld. As a key member of our event security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of participants and the smooth running of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage access control and crowd management to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants
  • Conduct surveillance and monitoring to identify potential security threats
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with event organizers and other security personnel to ensure a seamless event experience
  • Manage incidents and respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Valid security guard license and clear criminal background check
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
