At Mundy Park Bakery Ltd., we're seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for preparing dough and batters for a variety of sweet and savory goods. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare dough and batters according to recipes and special customer orders
* Bake mixed dough and batters to perfection
* Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
* Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery
* Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
