Job Summary

BAINS XPRESS INC. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a truck to transport goods and materials across various routes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate a truck to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the truck's condition, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
  • Communication: Relay information to central dispatch and receive payments for goods.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of cargo, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and gain experience in the truck driving industry.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with occasional overtime required.
