Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at DENG'S FOOD SERVICES CO. LTD. as a key member of our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Taking and Service: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
- Menu Presentation: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Table Management: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage presentation.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Work Setting: This role is based in a restaurant setting.
- Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with a client-focused, flexible, and initiative-driven approach to work.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Language of Work: English.
