Job Title: Patient Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure seamless communication and efficient scheduling.
  • Assist patients with registration and insurance verification processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication, ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to strict data protection protocols.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and clinical staff.
  • Proficient in practice management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
