Job Title: Drafting Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Drafting Engineer to contribute to the creation of innovative engineering designs and drawings at Federal Electric (1976) Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software to support the development of our electrical engineering projects.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and specifications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supervise and train junior drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work and maintain a productive team environment.
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and technical reports to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects, providing accurate and reliable data to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders, and review drawings for conformity and errors, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
Requirements:
