We are seeking a skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at PG Classic Restoration Parts L PG Classic EN. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs and drawings, developing design sketches, and preparing construction specifications, costs, and material estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches to visualize product concepts
  • Prepare construction specifications, costs, and material estimates for projects
  • Prepare contracts and tenders for clients
  • Write technical reports and specifications for products
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets for clients
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
  • Consult with clients, engineers, and production specialists to establish product requirements
  • Lead and instruct groups on design and drafting tasks
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education in a related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drafting and design
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with attention to detail
