Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Summa Architectural & Structural Metal Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Project, and MS Word.
