About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Denca Distributors Ltd. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, as well as mixing paint to the desired color and texture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
  • Paint Mixing: Mix paint to the desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate airless spray equipment to apply paint to surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish.
  • Coating Application: Apply coatings and finishes to surfaces, using a variety of techniques and materials.
  • Wood Finishing: Apply stains and glazes to wood surfaces, enhancing their appearance and durability.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in painting and surface preparation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs), bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as work in a physically demanding environment.
