Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons 1582. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate and implement effective systems and processes to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
    • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff engagement and retention.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and management principles.
Working Conditions
