Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail salespersons and sales clerks, as well as staff in various areas of responsibility.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, the ability to handle heavy loads, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is also a requirement of this role.
