We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim School Team Leader to join our team at Goldfish Swim School. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our swim programs and providing exceptional customer service to our families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of swim instructors to deliver high-quality swim lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to instructors to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Interact with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns they may have.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges that students may encounter during lessons.
  • Inspect pool areas before and after each class to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
  • Report any incidents or accidents to management and complete required documentation.
Requirements:
  • Current Lifesaving Society - National Lifeguard Certification.
  • Aquatics Supervisor Trained - AST Certification.
  • Current Standard First Aid with CPR C and AED.
  • Previous experience delivering high-quality swim lesson supervision is preferred.
