About Shiv Foods Inc.

We are a dynamic food service company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis and Management

Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to increase revenue.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Collaborate with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices, ensuring alignment with the restaurant's budget and customer preferences.

Staff Performance Monitoring

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.

Daily Operations Planning

Plan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Event Management

Plan and execute events, such as catering services and promotions, to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size

Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
