Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless meal preparation and service.
- Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
