- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
