We are currently seeking a Merchandising Crew member to become part of our Retail Standards Execution Team (ReSET). This role is integral to our mission of refining and standardizing product displays to improve the shopping experience and boost sales.

The Merchandising Crew will be tasked with executing merchandising resets and service-related duties as specified in product planograms and other merchandising execution guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement merchandising resets as directed by the Planogram Team.
  2. Assist in the rollout of merchandising initiatives for end caps, dump bins, and various promotional displays.
  3. Organize seasonal product placements.
  4. Carry out merchandising strategies for special promotions and advertising efforts.
  5. Ensure that displays are operational, bay sets are tidy, priced accurately, stocked, front-faced, and well-maintained.
  6. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  1. Experience in retail or merchandising is advantageous.
  2. A passion for merchandising and relevant experience.
  3. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  5. Able to collaborate effectively with other teams within the organization.
  6. Basic knowledge of tools required for the role, including hand tools, drills, and saws.
  7. Results-driven with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. A valid driver's license is essential.
