Job Title: Recruiter - Employment

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team at Morson International. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and hire staff.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
