Receptionist for Front Office Operations

Edmonton Exchanger is a prominent provider of products and services across various sectors, including energy, manufacturing, and industrial applications. As a leader in custom steel fabrication, we possess extensive capabilities in producing components for pressure vessels.

We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to embark on a rewarding and stimulating career within a vibrant and fast-paced office atmosphere.

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Greet visitors at the front desk and manage incoming phone calls as necessary. Handle invoice processing for Accounts Receivable using the ERP system. Digitally archive company documents. Provide administrative assistance to the Shipping department. Maintain cleanliness at the coffee station.

Preferred Experience
