About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Biryani N Barbq. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Cash Handling and Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation for Biryani N Barbq.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
