Clinical Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Clinical Business Analyst to spearhead the Order Set Team as part of our cutting-edge Clinical Information Solution (CIS) Program at IRENYs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a Clinical Standards Team in the development of Order Set standards and streamline Order Set workflows used by healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to drive clinical workflow improvements and enhance patient care outcomes.
- Develop and implement business analysis documentation, use case analysis, and workflow design to support clinical information solution implementation.
- University or Community College Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, use case analysis, and business process analysis.
- Experience with medical terminology, treatment protocols, and clinical guidelines, with the ability to assess order sets and make data-driven recommendations.
- 3+ years of leadership experience on clinical information solution implementation projects, with a focus on team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and leading teams supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices, with a strong understanding of the public healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both English and French.
