About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Next Alutech Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Earthwork: Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Material Management: Clean and pile salvaged materials, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Site Maintenance: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Site Safety: Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 30-hour week, with a permanent work term.
  • Language: Work in English, with a strong understanding of construction terminology.
