Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled corporate & commercial lawyer to support our Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. The successful candidate will provide general legal advice, consultation, and opinions to all levels of the Foundation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support risk management initiatives to ensure the Foundation's operations are aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to guide the Foundation's activities.
  • Provide legal expertise on a variety of Foundation activities, including contract review and negotiation, intellectual property management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position available immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
