Key Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Delivery Specialist at Bumper to Bumper, you will be responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery, verifying invoices to ensure accuracy, and assisting with picking parts for orders. You will also examine the condition of merchandise at delivery or prior to accepting delivery, and ensure proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties.

What Will Make Your Days Exciting:

  • Organizing daily pick-up of customer cores, returns, and warranties without disrupting delivery efficiency.
  • Accurately recording all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper paperwork accompanies all customer cores, returns, and warranties.
  • Complying with electronic delivery principles and standards.
  • Ensuring any complaints or dissatisfaction of a customer is immediately reported to the Dispatcher and/or Store Manager.
  • Checking daily fluid levels of the vehicle, tire condition, and ensuring cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle.
  • Complying with all rules and regulations of the road at all times.
  • Checking-in with Dispatcher and/or Store Manager on delivery progress/delays.
  • Participating in cycle count programs and annual physical inventory.

Requirements:

  • No experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Possesses high interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain working relationships.
  • Able to lift equipment up to 50 pounds.
