We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Replenishment Team Member to join our team at Michaels. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find products, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Unload and stock merchandise, including maintaining store recovery standards to ensure a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned to ensure optimal inventory levels and visual merchandising.
- Support shrink and safety programs to maintain a secure and safe store environment.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time and move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
