Automotive Parts Specialist

Mighty Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset or equivalent experience
- Manage incoming telephone calls and relay messages effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office, supply area, or warehouse
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Set up attractive displays of retail parts and accessories
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Process cash transactions accurately
- Keep detailed records using the inventory control system
- Prepare orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Process incoming requisitions efficiently
- Receive, unpack, and categorize incoming parts, supplies, and materials
- Assist customers in purchasing spare and replacement parts
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, or pick-up of parts, products, or equipment
- WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) Certificate
- Specialization in automobile parts
- Proficient in inventory control software
- Criminal record check required
- Driving record check (abstract) required
- Attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working under pressure
- Ability to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
