We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Saskatchewan Ltd. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Work SettingOur restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work in a team to provide excellent customer service and ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the size of food portions and costs
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
We specialize in South Indian cuisine and are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and providing excellent customer service.
