Job Summary

As the Chief Executive Officer of Facilities Management at Leaders International, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management in various areas, including people management, finance management, risk management, facilities management, program and service delivery, community relations, fundraising, capital projects, and the design, development, and implementation of the strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management to the organization, ensuring the successful execution of its goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for people management, finance management, risk management, and facilities management.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the organization, ensuring the efficient use of resources and the achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, community leaders, and partners.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising and capital projects, ensuring the growth and development of the organization.
