About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for delivering on the medium- to long-term forecast of material requirements to suppliers and activities related to mid- to long-term material requirements for assigned suppliers/materials across the region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term materials planning for items produced internally and externally
  • Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) raw/pack inventory levels, compliance to schedule (CTS), material write off
  • Perform root-cause analysis for continuous improvement of the plan
  • Maintain the integrity of system data and information for supply/materials planning
  • Partner with procurement for material optimization
  • Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, and waste reduction to meet company KPIs

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in supply chain management. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and be able to influence cross-functional teams to improve the plan.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree is preferred as well as proficiency in SAP, and prior experience in production scheduling and logistics
  • Requires close coordination with 3rd party partners and well as multiple cross-functional areas within the supply chain.
  • You'll need to collaborate, influence and lead
