Job Summary:

The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance operations of our hotel, motel, and resort properties. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, inspecting sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, and recommending additional services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Work Environment:

The Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel, motel, and resort environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
