About the Role

As a Retail Services Associate at Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services - CFMWS, you will provide exceptional customer service to our unique client base - members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). Your role will involve providing a variety of services, including retail services, dry cleaning, lottery services, self-serve gas services, postal services, and assisting CAF members with credit plan applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Point of Sales systems, debit/credit machines, and maintain a float
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide information on merchandising
  • Ensure store shelves are stocked, faced, and properly signed
  • Take and prepare food and beverage orders and prepare takeout food
  • Ensure cleanliness of food service and eating areas
Requirements
  • Acceptable combination of education, training, and experience
  • Food Handling Certification, as required
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (Quebec), as required
  • Experience in cash handling, food and beverage preparation, and food and beverage service
  • Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork, and leadership competencies
Language Requirements

French is essential for this role.
