Job Overview:
As a Personal Insurance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing insurance transactions and providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Autopac and Drivers' Licensing transactions efficiently.
- Perform reception duties including daily funds balancing and bank deposits.
- Offer sales and service for personal lines insurance products.
- Provide expert advice and recommend coverage options tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with MPI products and services is essential.
- Eligibility for a General Insurance License, CAIB 1 certification, or Fundamentals of Insurance is required.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a relaxed office setting.
- A genuine passion for working with the public is a must.
