**Job Description:**
As a member of the healthcare team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in promoting health and healing. The successful candidate will provide education and support to clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimum care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide nursing care to clients/patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide education and support to clients/patients/residents and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
- Valid driver's license, where required

**Knowledge and Abilities:**
