Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Residential Care Unit of Ross Payant Nursing Home.

The successful candidate will promote health and healing, and provide education as a member of the health care team to achieve optimum care for clients/patients/residents in all phases of health care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality patient care and education as a member of the health care team.
  2. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  4. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Practical Nursing diploma.
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to work independently.
