About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Commercialization to join our team at Plusgrade. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization of new products and services, ensuring their successful launch and integration into our existing product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Commercialization Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercialization strategies for new products and services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Lead Product Readiness and Market Introduction: Direct the development of playbooks to ensure product readiness, including priority features, client readiness, pricing, legal, proposition, and marketing plans, endorsed by subject matter experts.
  • Maximize Commercial Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), create new systems and dashboards to measure performance, capture findings, and make compelling recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Oversee Client-Facing Materials: Review and approve customized client-facing materials during the early pitch phase, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with sanctioned models and product positioning.
  • Contribute to Product Development Roadmaps: Participate in senior management discussions, contributing to product development roadmaps based on strategies, priorities, and incorporating perspectives from subject matter experts to ensure alignment and long-term impact.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 7-10 years of leadership experience in product commercialization, marketing, business development, or a related field, with a strong track record of driving business growth and commercial success.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven commercial acumen and judgment, with experience in product commercialization, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Education: BA (Business, Marketing, Commerce), MBA, or equivalent work experience.
