  • Leadership Support: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives align with strategic objectives. Provide confidential guidance on key organizational decisions.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of human, financial, and material resources necessary for executing HR policies and programs effectively.
  • Team Development: Mentor and support the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred.
  • Extensive experience (10-12 years) in various HR functions within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills are an asset.
