Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at the Miele Experience Centre in Calgary. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a superior customer experience, achieving sales targets, and demonstrating expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in premium retail sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
