Your Opportunity: The Lead Business Analyst will act as a key functional expert for all order to cash processes within SAP and other legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide insights and recommendations to IT teams regarding functional system requirements.
  • Serve as a validation and quality assurance expert throughout various stages of the Testing lifecycle related to all Order to Cash (OTC) functions.
  • Support all OTC functions by ensuring comprehensive analytical and testing coverage for all system implementations impacting the Order to Cash process across all business lines.
  • Deliver independent oversight of the end-to-end Order to Cash process, presenting critical findings and suggestions to functional leaders while identifying opportunities for enhancements that drive continuous process and system improvements.
  • Contribute to the long-term ERP Roadmap focused on transforming business processes, particularly in the Order to Cash domain.
  • Assist in the development of detailed scope and business requirements.
  • Oversee all testing activities within Order to Cash, including the creation of business requirements, comprehension of functional requirement documents, development of test scripts, prioritization of testing activities, execution of test scripts, defect reporting, and regression testing.
  • Provide ongoing support to the order to cash functions, regularly reviewing processes to implement effective controls, identify gaps, and propose areas for process enhancements.
  • Act as the testing and process lead for the Order to Cash team, mentoring and training team members while offering functional advice and process recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for technical skill development.
  • Lead and guide Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement project teams to enhance processes and support areas within order to cash.
  • Manage billing errors and oversee error handling processes.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

This role demands a deep understanding of SAP S4 Hana and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook, including the ability to perform complex formulas and create pivot tables. Skills in structuring processes and controls, as well as developing monitoring criteria and systems, are essential.

Education & Training:

A degree equivalent to University Graduation in General Courses – Business Administration or Accounting is required. A recognized diploma or certification related to Business/System Analytics or Testing Analytics is also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP FI/CO is crucial, with knowledge of GAAP principles considered an asset. The ability to multitask and analyze complex billing data with minimal supervision is necessary, along with leadership qualities and independent thinking. Previous experience testing on SAP BRIM and FICA is advantageous.
